This year, it&rsquo;s in Bilbao, Spain starting on July 13.</p> <p>In addition to the usual KDE conferencing and geeking, <a href="http://qt-project.org/groups/qt-contributors-summit-2013/wiki">Qt Contributors Summit</a> will take place at the same venue! We are looking forward to what&rsquo;s new in KDE and Qt, lots of chatter and perhaps a few beers?</p>
